Meeting of the Minds - Free Session
Service Description
Meeting of the Minds is a 45 minute session focused on mindset work. Your mindset coach will take the class through an uplifting, informational, and supportive session. Some session will involve light movement. We recommend dressing comfortably. Bring a journal or something you may want to take notes on or use for the session itself.

Cancellation Policy
For Courses- there are NO refunds given if you cancel the course after enrollment. For Drop In Classes- no refunds or credits will be given for drop in classes that are either canceled less than 12 hours in advance or no show For Dancers Choice Pass- classes that are canceled will be automatically credited back to your pass
