Cancellation Policy

Life happens—we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled class. 12+ hours before class: No penalty. Your class credit will be returned to your account. Less than 12 hours before class: The class credit will be forfeited. No-shows: The class credit will be forfeited. This policy helps us give waitlisted members the opportunity to attend and allows our instructors to plan accordingly. Dancers Choice Pass: Class credits are redeemed when you reserve your spot. If you cancel at least 12 hours in advance, your credit is automatically returned. Late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of that class credit. Workshops & Special Events Because these events require advance planning and limited space: Workshop and event registrations are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the event, you may receive studio credit at Ignite Studio's discretion. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Performance Teams Performance Team tuition reserves your place on the team and covers choreography, instruction, and planning. Team tuition is non-refundable. Missed rehearsals cannot be made up or credited. Weather & Studio Cancellations If Ignite Studio cancels a class due to instructor illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances: Your class credit will automatically be returned. Members will be notified by email and/or text whenever possible.
