Are you ready to combine sexy moves, aerobics, hot music and some fun girl time? Come out and try our newest class. We will combine toning with cardio to deliver a full body workout. All done to a spicy playlist. Wear workout shoes and attire- BUT we encourage you to wear something sexy and playful! Escape for an hour- sweat, laugh, feel good in your skin and have some girl time! Space is limited!!

Cancellation Policy
For Courses- there are NO refunds given if you cancel the course after enrollment. For Drop In Classes- no refunds or credits will be given for drop in classes that are either canceled less than 12 hours in advance or no show For Dancers Choice Pass- classes that are canceled will be automatically credited back to your pass
