Service Description

Band + Body by Ignite is a 55 minute fitness class. It is designed to increase overall body strength. Using a combination of body weight exercise, bands and high energy music. This class is for all levels. We recommend bringing a mat.

Cancellation Policy

For Courses- there are NO refunds given if you cancel the course after enrollment. For Drop In Classes- no refunds or credits will be given for drop in classes that are either canceled less than 12 hours in advance or no show For Dancers Choice Pass- classes that are canceled will be automatically credited back to your pass
