My name is Kimberly Hull.  I am the creator of Ignite Studio.

I grew up in Dallas TX.  Dance has always been a deep passion of mine.  I started dance around the age of 2 in ballet, jazz, tap and modern.  It was my happiest place growing up.

 

After moving to Austin TX in 1997 I began a training class at the local Arthur Murray Franchised Dance Studio.  I was instantly in love with Ballroom, Latin , Swing, Country Western and really any dance I could experience.  My love of dance turned into a love of teaching.  Helping others have dance in their life was a mind blowing experience.  To witness what it did for others was incredible. 

Whether it was seeing someone have more joy, confidence, self esteem or a couple who find a new level of romance while taking lessons. 

 

After having my first child in 2008, I made the decision to retire from dance and stay at home.  In 2011 we welcomed our 2nd child.  I was so in love with my kiddos, but I also missed dance terribly.  This lead me to become a licensed Zumba instructor in 2012.  

The past 10 years of teaching Zumba in the Santa Clarita Valley has been amazing.  

 

Ignite Studio was born in January of 2022.  I had  a desire to create a place where all kinds of dance could be shared, taught and experienced. 
My mission at Ignite Studio SCV is to provide students of all levels with more than just dance classes, but a unique environment in which students can grow both mentally and physically as dancers and people.  Our highly trained and skilled instructors have a wealth of experience in teaching and performing various styles and techniques.

I want everyone to feel that they are capable of having dance in their life. Dance is for EVERY BODY and everyone.
